Elite 15+ High-Performance Program

USD 2,130 • 5 Days (Mon–Fri)

This program is built for serious players preparing for the next level (AAA / Junior / College / Pro track). We use a structured European model: precision over volume, professional load management, and measurable diagnostics placed on Day 1.

This is not a camp. Training is premium and controlled: max 2 players per ice session, high coach attention, and a clear progression plan.

What You Get (At a Glance)

Load management (15+) Two-phase training model Elite on-ice session Skatemill performance block Shooting lab Comprehensive diagnostics Day 1

Daily Structure (Mon–Fri)

  • Morning activation & movement prep
  • Elite on-ice technical/performance session (controlled intensity)
  • Skatemill performance session (mechanics + output)
  • Shooting lab (technique + execution speed)
  • Afternoon strength, mobility & stability training
  • Lunch included

Comprehensive Diagnostics (Day 1)

Diagnostics are placed on Day 1 so we can define measurable targets and build the training week around your profile: skating efficiency, fatigue response, strength & power, and neurovisual performance.

Skating Performance

  • Skating mechanics analysis (technical corrections)
  • Performance skating assessment
  • Skating fatigue index (how output changes under load)

Athletic & Neurovisual

  • Strength & power diagnostics (movement quality)
  • Mobility & stability screening
  • Neurovisual assessment (reaction, tracking, decision speed)
  • Anthropometric screening (18+)
Important: Exact session timing may shift due to rink scheduling, but the daily structure and content remain consistent. Weekends are reserved for rest and recovery — a key part of elite preparation.

Training Philosophy

For 15+ athletes, development must be repeatable and measurable. We prioritize skating efficiency, controlled intensity, and strength work that supports on-ice performance.

  • Efficiency first: better skating mechanics = more speed with less energy
  • Controlled intensity: avoid overtraining while still pushing progression
  • Decision speed and execution (shooting under pace)
  • Strength and mobility that transfer to skating and contact stability
